Social Responsibility Policy

The company's Management defines the Social Responsibility Policy, which includes the following guidelines:.

Absolute compliance with the legislation as well as with other requirements that the Company has accepted.
Commitment to comply with the requirements of the SA 8000:2014 standard and more specifically with the protection and promotion of human and labor rights within the Company's sphere of influence, including suppliers, subcontractors and employees with primary concern:

   1.The protection of workers, as well as the prevention and avoidance of accidents and negative effects on humans in matters of health and safety at work.
   2. The prohibition of any kind of child or forced labor, as well as harassment or any kind of discrimination at work.
   3. The promotion of equal opportunities, meritocracy and teamwork at work.
  4.Work-life balance. The company complies with the legislation regarding working hours and overtime.

Information on the Company's Social Responsibility Policy through communication with the competent bodies and with all interested parties.

Provide all necessary resources and means by:

The use of modern equipment and the provision of appropriate personal protective equipment.

Continuous information, training and awareness of staff.

Respect for the principles and rules of Fair Competition and avoidance of practices and means that distort fair competition and hinder economic and social development.

Support workers' right to freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Respect for the right of staff to a decent standard of living. The company ensures that every employee is paid in accordance with the laws.

The company is in constant communication with its Social Partners, in an effort to provide feedback on information, identify and approach common expectations and goals of a social nature.

The company's continuous goals and commitments are:

➢ The promotion of a healthy and safe working environment.
